At first, peptide calculations can seem complicated.
Between milligrams (mg), milliliters (mL), and the units marked on a syringe, it's normal to have questions.
The goal of this section is to simplify the basics and explain the difference between each measurement.
🧪 Milligrams (mg) mg represents the total amount of peptide in the vial.
For example, a 10 mg vial contains 10 milligrams of the product. 💧 Milliliters (mL) mL indicates the volume of liquid used for reconstitution, such as bacteriostatic water.
💉 Syringe Units
The units are the markings visible on an insulin syringe.
They are used to measure a precise volume of liquid.
